Relaxation: light
Take a nice deep breath and a light, calm exhale. Close your eyes and hold on
them closed until I ask them to open. Any ambient sounds will help you
immerse yourself in a pleasant state of relaxation, peace and rest.
And imagine that on the top of your head there is a source of light, heat, energy,
pleasant relaxing feeling. Everything this light touches will relax,
heals and rests.
And now this light begins to smoothly spread throughout your body.
Envelops the body from the outside, penetrates inside.
The top of the head relaxes.
The forehead, back of the head and temples relax.
The left hemisphere of the brain relaxes, the right hemisphere relaxes. Everything that concerns relaxation energy — every cell is healed and rested.
Eyes and eyelids relax. The eyelids stick together, shrink, become soft, heavy and completely relaxed. The muscles of the eyelids, the muscles of the eyes work for you all day. And think about how good it feels to just allow yourself to relax your eye muscles. Allow your eyelids to shrink and stick together — this is a very pleasant sensation.
Ears, cheekbones and cheeks relax. The nose relaxes completely.
The energy of relaxation passes through your lips, the root of your tongue relaxes.
The muscles of the jaw and neck relax and rest.
And now realize that when you relax your neck, everything in your body relaxes. This is absolutely normal, comfortable and natural for you. You're just like that arranged. Allow the muscles in your neck to relax and move beyond this energy spread throughout the body lower and lower.
The collarbones and shoulders relax. The energy of relaxation fills your hands, first to the elbows, then fills the forearms and passes into the hands, relaxing the fingers to the ends.
And the energy of relaxation moves further down. The chest and back relax.
Light fills the spinal column, relaxes your stomach and lower back.
The abdominal and groin muscles relax. The buttocks are relaxed, every cell in
The body, along with the light of relaxation, becomes calm and light.
The hips relax, inside and out. Relaxes your knees, calves, ankles and feet to the tips of the toes.
Now, your whole body is relaxed. From the top of the head to the tips of the fingers and legs.
Out of trance:
And now I’ll count from 5 to 1, snap my fingers, and your eyes will open. And you will be completely back in the present moment with all the changes. Your mind will be clear, rested body, excellent mood.

3 — move your fingers and toes, feel yourself
2 — take a deep breath and
1 — snap! Your eyes open and you return fully to the present moment.
